Dr. Lulwa AlMutlaq – Chartered Fellow CIPD, CPHRC

Founder & President


Dr. Lulwa brings a mixture of private and public sectors experiences that set the ground for leading her consultancy and training services on developing people and developing organisations. Dr. Lulwa is an international HR and Management Consultant, Speaker and Trainer. Dr. Lulwa has led and worked with international HR firms on several HR projects such as Talent Management & Succession Planning, Competency Development, HR Audit, HR consultancy, Job evaluation, TNA, Performance Management, Policy and Procedures manual development, Assessment Centers development, etc.

 She holds a Ph.D. Education and Human Development, Vanderbilt University, USA and Master of Arts in Vocational Education and Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona University, USA. She is a Chartered Fellow of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, UK and certified HR Executive Professional from Michigan Business School, USA and Cranfield University School of Management, UK and a Certified Professional in Human Resources & Compensation. Dr. Lulwa is also certified practitioner in Occupational Testing & Occupational Personality Questionnaires (Saville & Holdsworth, UK) and a certified coach.

Dr. Lulwa has a banking experience at one of the leading International Banks; Arab Banking Corporation B.S.C. where she progressed to the role of Senior Vice President – Group Head Human Resources & Administration. Her role was at a senior level leading Human Resource Management at both an operational and strategic level. During her employment she has assumed several positions and roles that contributed towards a very successful and rewarding career. She has attended and delivered intensive professional training programs that have provided her with advanced executive knowledge and skills that enhance her contribution and delivery of business results.

Dr. Lulwa was the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Bahrain Human Resource Development Fund for Banking & Financial Sector (HRD Fund), Ex. Vice Chairman, Women Empowerment Committee at the Supreme Council for Women, Director of Development & Studies, Bahrain Management Society, a life member of the Bahrain Society for Training and Human Development “BSTD” and President of the Training, Human Resource Development and Education Committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry “BCCI”.

She is an ex-member of Board in the High Council of Vocational Training and currently Member of the Vocational Evaluation Committee at the Quality Assurance Authority for Training and Education and National Qualifications. Throughout the years, Dr. Lulwa has been elected to work on several Boards of Directors and served as President & Chairman of Board of Directors and Board Member. These professional societies include the Arabian Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM) based in ARAMCO, Saudi Arabia, the Bahrain Management Society “BMS”, Bahrain Small & Medium Enterprises Society, and Bahrain Society of Owners of Private Institutes.



Mr Ahmed Al Sakran – CPFS
Managing Director


Mr Ahmed Al Sakran joined Golden Trust in 2012 as Managing Director responsible for the regional operations and expansion activities. He brings a vast experience in managing & executing Vocational & Professional Education in addition to Investment Banking and Private Equity activities which spans over 16 years.

He has actively expanded Golden Trust’s training provisions and managed the entire training operations resulting in evolving learners’ achievement rates, several strategic quality enhancement and clients’ retention and satisfaction, also he has structured, managed and led several human capital development initiatives in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the area of entrepreneurship and employability skills, in addition to internal policies development & enhancement of vocational qualification design, development and review and facilitation of learning & assessment through its implementation across GT’s training institute, which has been validated by the Kingdom’s education and training regulatory authorities.

Prior to joining Golden Trust, he was Associate Director – Private Equity at Capinnova Investment Bank (BBK’s Islamic Investment Banking Arm) in charge of structuring and executing Private Equity transactions in the GCC region. He has also worked at Sarooh Investment Company as Business Development Manager in-charge of Private Equity and Corporate Finance, Investors Bank and Central Bank of Bahrain and served as a board of directors in companies operating in the ICT, Medical and Real Estate Industries.

He is currently a board member and treasurer of Bahrain SMEs Society and also a Life/Professional Member at  Bahrain Society for Training & Development “BSTD”.

Mr Ahmed holds BA in Financial Services from Manchester Metropolitan University – UK and he is also a Certified Project Finance Specialist (CPFS) from the American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM) and Certified PRISM Brain Mapping Practitioner from the Center for Applied Neuroscience – UK.


Ms Latifa Mohamed
Manager | Training & Vocational Education


Ms Latifa joined Golden Trust in January 2014 where she has contributed in managing, maintaining and originating GT business leads. Further, Ms Latifa currently leads the training & vocational education team responsible for the design, development and execution of GT’s training & vocational education provisions. 

She holds a Bachelor degree in Applied Finance (2011) and Economics (2012) and Masters in International Business (2014) – from Macquarie University, Australia. In addition, Ms Latifa is a trained and skilled professional in the business development field.

Prior to joining GT, she was Assistant Area Manager | Retail (2011-2013) – Fast Future Brands, Sydney, Australia. In addition, she is an Author of “Active & Passive Investment Strategies” in collaboration with Macquarie Bank & Macquarie University.


Ms Maryam Isa
Manager | Organisational Development

Ms Maryam joined Golden Trust in 2019 as Manager of Organisational Development, leading GT business development, internal controls, and maximisation of exposure to the regional market.

She was previously leading communications services for GCC-based governmental and entrepreneurial clients, and financial global conferences, such as World Islamic Banking Conference and Euromoney Conference in the Kingdom of Bahrain with Hill & Knowlton Strategies.

Ms Maryam also was part of the launching team that rolled out Microfinance programme in Bahrain in her role as Project Manager with the UNDP and Ministry of Social Development, which led to the establishment of Family Bank in the Kingdom.

Prior to that, she worked with the British Council to promote education services in the UK, and participated in the Manchester Summit. She was also involved with Tenmou Angel Investors Fund as part of the organising team that managed the first Angel Investors Summit in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Ms Maryam holds BSc in Management major with an IT minor – ­Bentley University, USA and MBA in International Management – AIU, London, UK.


Mrs Sameera Ahmed

Mrs Sameera is a highly ambitious entrepreneur, she developed her career in both marketing and training, her passion is to contribute in human development projects worldwide. From being a key accounts executive at Legend PAPI “March-1999” until her last official position as an employee at Bahrain Institute for Banking & Finance (BIBF) as Special Projects and Business Development Manager “April 2014” she has accumulated over 16 years of experience in “Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Training & Customer Service Field”. Throughout the years, she has delivered consultations services and highly contextualized training workshops for many entrepreneurs & organizations both locally and regionally to improve their management, customer service, marketing and sales mechanisms in both Arabic and English, developed to match the cultural and environmental background of her audiences.

Mrs Sameera Holds a B.Sc. in Marketing and Management University of Bahrain (Part‐time) and has completed Occupational Testing course certified by SHL- Level One, also a Diploma in Leadership & Management accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, UK. Mrs Sameera is Coaching Practitioner and Certified by ILM and Association for Coaching International. She has also been designated as a Professional Certified Coach by the ICF and currently the President of ICF – Bahrain chapter.
