Course Content

Performance Coaching Skills is a programme designed to demystify the practice of coaching and to provide the learners with basic knowledge and skills in the field of coaching. Throughout the course, learners will be exposed to numerous coaching modal as well as tool and techniques to support it. Upon completions of the programme learners will be able to ask meaningful and powerful coaching questions, practice and reflect the required coaching skills and, more importantly, implement coaching skills and techniques to create and develop a coaching culture within any organization to further improve employee performance. This prorgamme is practical in nature, learners will be expected to carry out several demo coaching segments within the period of the programme as well as non-supervised coaching session done as part of learners’ reflection journey upon completion of the programme.
