Quality Assurance and Improvement

GT strives continuously to improve the quality of Vocational Education and training to nurture the talent of our learners to enable them to embark upon a successful career. Our team endeavors to achieve this objective through a proper blend of high conceptual and practical skills supported by excellent infrastructure, teaching methodology, research, consultancy, and commitment to a Quality Management System.

 

 

To accomplish this, GT is committed to: Achieving quality outcomes, both onshore and offshore, through the use of quality assurance and perpetual improvement approach which is based on improving on what we do and demonstrating that we are achieving objectives set out in strategic plans and policies. It is based on the Deming Cycle in which there are four phases known as Plan, Do, Check, and Act (PDCA); Contributing to the growth of vocational and professional education and training and upholding the highest ethical and professional standards; Serving society to lead to its enrichment and advancement; Empowering employees and faculty by training and development to improve their efficiency and stated objectives.

 

 

Through, GT has successfully acquired Quality Management System in the ISO 9001-2008 in February 2012 – Scope of Registration “Design and Provision of Training & Consultancy Services” Certificate No.: AJAEU/12/12652 to systematically standardize its processes in customizing and delivering its training services.

 

 

Also, GT has successfully been audited by the National Authority for Qualifications & Quality Assurance of Education and Training (NAQQAET) in the second cycle review and achieving “Good Rating” in the process.
